These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and the organisation you represent) and bybizo governing your use of the platform at bybizo.com and crm.bybizo.com. By accessing or using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your organisation.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bybizo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
bybizo offers free trial and paid subscription plans billed in INR. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor (Razorpay).

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate within the platform (contacts, deals, documents, etc.). By using the platform you grant bybizo a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
bybizo integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Gmail), Razorpay, and others. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms and policies. bybizo is not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the bybizo platform are owned by bybizo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform's intellectual property other than the limited right to use it as described herein.
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, outages, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bybizo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold bybizo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your breach of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
