1. Who We Are

bybizo is a cloud-based business platform for small and medium-sized businesses in India, providing CRM, accounting, AI-powered websites, and eCommerce tools. Our platform is accessible at https://bybizo.com and https://crm.bybizo.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, password, organisation name, billing details, and team member profiles when you register.

CRM Data: Contacts, companies, deals, activities, notes, and file attachments you enter into the platform.

Meta Lead Ads Data: When you connect a Facebook or Instagram page, we receive lead data submitted through your Lead Ad forms — such as name, email, phone number, city, and any custom fields. This data is used solely to populate your CRM contacts on your behalf.

Google Integration Data: When you connect your Gmail account, we access your email (read and send) solely to enable the email features within your CRM. We do not store email content beyond what is necessary for this functionality.

Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and session data for security and performance monitoring.

Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the bybizo platform and its features
• To populate your CRM with leads captured from Meta Lead Ads on your behalf
• To send and receive emails on your behalf when Gmail is connected
• To process subscription payments and send billing communications
• To send product updates, security alerts, and support responses
• To monitor and improve platform performance and security
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram Page to bybizo CRM:

• We request access to your Facebook Pages and Lead Ad forms using Meta's official APIs
• Lead data submitted by users through your ads is forwarded to your CRM in real time via Meta webhooks
• We store your Facebook Page access token (encrypted) to retrieve leads on your behalf
• We do not use your Meta data for any purpose other than populating your CRM
• You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from CRM Settings → Lead Capture
• Upon disconnection, your page access token is deleted from our systems

Our use of Meta data complies with Meta's Platform Policy.

5. Google Data

When you connect your Gmail account to bybizo CRM:

• We request OAuth access to read and send emails on your behalf
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely for CRM email features
• We do not use your Gmail data for advertising or profiling
• You can revoke access at any time from CRM Settings or via your Google Account permissions

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Sensitive credentials (API keys, access tokens, passwords) are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, firewalls, and access controls.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under confidentiality agreements
• Payment processors (Razorpay) to process subscription payments
• Meta and Google only to the extent required by their APIs to deliver the integration features you enabled
• Legal authorities when required by law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Export your CRM data

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

bybizo is a business platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
