How to request deletion of your personal data from bybizo
Depending on how you use bybizo, we may hold the following types of data associated with your account:
You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the following methods:
Send a deletion request to support@bybizo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your bybizo account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram page to bybizo, you can revoke access directly from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → bybizo → Remove. Upon revocation, your page access token is deleted from our systems immediately. Any lead data already imported into your CRM remains until you request account deletion as above.
Log in to crm.bybizo.com, go to Settings, and select "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated CRM data. This action cannot be undone.
